He was laying face down in the gravel, moaning. He was hot all over; his face felt like it was on fire. He could feel where he had been struck, there were swollen places all over his aching body. His right arm and left leg felt like a white-hot poker had been put up to the flesh, like they had been burned. His legs and arms were lying about him at odd angles, his palms resting on the ground. His hands could feel the dirt and gravel beneath them, cold and hard. He lay there, trying to be still so that HE wouldn't find him again. It was inevitable that HE would come, but he wanted to lay here and try to catch his breath first.
He looked up at the sky. His vision was blurry, but he could make out a lot of grey clouds their silver linings black with rain. As he watched, they began to let loose their water upon the earth, and he could feel the raindrops upon his hot face. They felt cool and welcoming, bathing his entire body as he lay the

Edward rubbed his eyes lazily, and stared up at the sparkling bright sky before him. He sighed, and slowly- still half asleep- stood up to take in his surroundings. He dopily turned his head left, then right. He was in a large forest, not one he recognised though. He was surrounded by tall trees, and looked up to see that he was standing under one of them. There was also a small river a couple of metres away.
"Where the hec am I?" he yawned lazily, streching his arms above his head, then streching his legs. Suddenly he stopped- he couldn't feel the cold,tight leather of his trousers. Ed looked down, gawped at the sight before him.
"Aaaagggghhhhh!!!!!" Ed yelled. He wasn't wearing his usual outfit of leather trousers, top, and red coat, but he was infact now weraing....a dress!
